Shipping policy

Standard Shipping is $7.45 (AK & HI $8.45).  Standard Shipping ships via USPS First Class with tracking.   Orders should arrive within 3-5 business days after processing time.  Shipping to Canada is $13.95 with no free shipping option.

If you are using a code for free shipping, it may not be able to be combined with other discounts or promotions. 

PREORDERS

If any of the items included in your order are "PRE-ORDER" items, then shipping will occur once the latest preorder date item is in stock.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders typically ship the next business day. During peak season (i.e. Holidays), orders may ship within two-three business days.  Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Mondays and Tuesdays.   We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.

TRACKING MY ORDER

You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is processed.  

POSSIBLE DELAYS

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our 2-3 day express shipping option, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Currently, we ship throughout the U.S. and Canada.

International orders may be subject to additional import taxes and fees that are out of our control.
