I got this item in matte black for the back of my truck. Haven't attached it yet as I may wrap it in a different accent color to match some other trim pieces receiving the same treatment. But even if I leave it black as is, it will match the rest of the matte black trim on my tailgate quite well. And again the packaging is top notch both for protection and the overall sensory experience of revealing it for the first time. Beautifully done as well.
Love this ornament and looking forward to seeing it on our little tree for many years to come! Sparkles with the light if you look at it right! But the really impressive thing was the packaging. I used to think Apple was the undisputed top dawg in the sensory experience of opening a new product, but Fred is right up there and may be my new fave in this category. Such a wonderful reveal!

The Customer Service was above and beyond grateful! I placed an order and, after it was on its way, found out that the person I bought the gift for already had it. Customer Service sent out a different one at my request, while they sent me a return label for the first one. Everything went as expected, and the new one was received, and the first one was sent back with a supplied return label.

The bears were dancing across the daughter’s Jeep but had to be removed when her lease was over. The new team will be in place on her new Jeep asap!
